Community Watch Program
You may have noticed that we now have Community Watch signs
in our neighboorhood. This means that we have been approved
by the local authorities to have a community watch program.
Make sure you know who your block captian is and make sure you have an updated call list for your block so you can quickly get the word out when a crime happens in our neighborhood.
Annual Community Garage Sale
We want to extend a big thanks to all who participated in our annual community garage sale. It went very well this year. One of our neighbors even had fresh cooked empanadas which kept shoppers around even longer to buy more of our junk :)

FREE Tree
Trimming
Did you know that
you can have your trees on the city easement
trimmed for free by the City of Orlando? The
easement is the area of grass between the sidewalk
and the sreet. Residents are responsible for
the easement that borders their property.
