Hello to our Mystic residents. We would like to
extend a big welcome to the neighborhood to our new home
owners. You
may have a strong desire to get involved in the neighborhood
goings on...or...maybe, just lend a hand occasionally.
Whatever your inclination, your neighborhood association
has something for you. You are needed and WILL be appreciated!
Don't be afraid. It is not as scary as it seems. This
is a simple call for ideas, dreams and an occasional
helping hand. It can be as much or as little involvement
as you want.

= Important Community Facts to Know =
Welcome to Mystic Bay and Mystic Cove. Here is a brief outline of your community guidelines:
Trash dates
Garbage pick up dates are:
Tuesday - Yard waste, household, large
waste items (any items not considered kitchen waste) and
recyclables. If you need replacement bins please call 407-246-2314.
Friday -household garbage only
Following city guidelines apply to waste disposal:
Items should not be placed on the curb earlier than 5pm
of the day prior to pick up. Trash dumpster may not be
left on the curb and must be brought back next to the house
after collection. Yard waste (grass clippings, tree and
brush trimmings) should be smaller than 3 feet of length
and if you have large quantities, they should be bundled.
Please remember that non city issued garbage cans are not
permitted.

Pool / Cabana area
There is a pool and cabana area located at the first entrance into Mystic Bay. This is for the enjoyment of all Mystic at Mariners’ residents and guests. Please observe the pool rules posted at the pool. It is a gated entrance and we ask that you please make sure that children are under adult supervision while using it.
The cabana can be used by our residents for parties, Please arrange block out dates with our management firm at least 30 days in advance at which time a cleaning deposit is required to book it. Just as with any pool situation please refrain from using glass in this area to ensure the safety of others.

FREE Tree
Trimming
Did you know that
you can have your trees on the city easement
trimmed for free by the City of Orlando? The
easement is the area of grass between the sidewalk
and the sreet. Residents are responsible for
the easement that borders their property.

Master Association
Mystic at Mariners is a member of the Mariner Village Master Association,
which meets monthly on the 2nd Tuesday of the month, 7:00 PM at the Hoffner
